Members ‘Meet and Greet’ Session
Date – Friday, 3rd January 2025
Time – 3.00pm - 6.00pm
Venue – Davies Hotel, Adeyi Avenue, off Awolowo Road, Bodija Ibadan. - Physical and Zoom Meeting – Introduction, Project Analysis, Business Lunch.

- a) Closing Date for payment of N20,000.00 Application Fee by all Prospective Members listed up to 31st Dec. 2024 - 1st January 2025
- b) Closing Date for Payment of 2025 Annual Subscription by all the Prospective Members listed up to 31st Dec. 2024 - 31st March 2025

IWA National Conference
2025 National Conference of IWA Group - 18th April 2025 (Easter Friday)
Conference Theme:- “Connecting the Yesterday of Ibadanland with Her Tomorrow”
-Investiture of Key Offices - The Management Team, The Traditional Patrons, The Project Patrons, The Eminent Patrons.
Easter Sunday - Visit to the Olubadan of Ibadanland.
Activity 5.
IWA 2025 Employment Projects
IWA Technical Skills Training Centre
Pursuant to Projects 2, 5 and 15 of our Letter of Invitation
To train in 2025 at least 100 OND - Graduate Indigenes in Technical Skills.
At least 3,000 per annum when the Project Permanent Sites are ready.
Take-off Courses - Bricklaying, Carpentry, Electrical, Welding and Plumbing.
-Monatan Ibadan Temporary Site – Core Investors – All Project Members by 31/03/2025.
-Lagelu Local Govt. Permanent Site – Core Investor – Chief Yemi Soladoye.
-Oluyole Local Govt. Permanent Site – Core Investor – AIG. Fatai Oladipupo.
-Ona-Ara Local Govt. Permanent Site – Core Investor – Amb. Gbadebo Afolabi.
NB: Each of the stated Core Investor is releasing 5-10 Acres of Land in his Local Government Areas for the Project. The Monatan Temporary Site is taking off 1st March 2025.

Activity 6.
IWA 2025 Intellectual Project
“Ibadan Master Minds” (1825 - 2025)
Commissioning of Work – 1st May, 2025
This is an Intellectual Project to document the Secret of Success of notable Ibadan Indigenes alive between 1825 and 2025 as a roadmap to honest Wealth Accumulation by the current and future generation of Ibadan Indigenes.
Activity 7.
IWA 2025 Hall of Fame Project
“Ibadan Heroes Celebration” – 2025 Edition.
Inauguration of Committee – 1st May, 2025
Pursuant to Project 11 in our Letter of Invitation we shall spearhead the Planning and Organization (not funding) of the Remembrance Celebration of at least one of the past Heroes of Ibadanland each year.
Balogun Oderinlo of Ibadan prevented the entire Yoruba race from being under the Emirship of the Fulanis in 1840. Chief Adisa Akinloye, Moyo Aboderin etc prevented a non-Yoruba from being the Premier of Western Region in 1954.

IWA 2025 Capacity Building Project for Ibadanland
“Ibadan Talents Bank”
Inauguration of Panel – 1st May, 2025
Pursuant to Project 8 of our Letter of Invitation, we shall establish an “Ibadan Talents Bank” for early identification from (J.S.S 2) of Ibadan Sharp Brains to be trained and mentored under the care of a “Godfather” for Future Capacity Building for Ibadanland especially in the Military, Police, Public Service, etc. where we very low are at the moment.

2nd Bi-annual Business Lecture – 1st Oct. 2025

Activity 10.
IWA Land Protection Initiative
Inauguration of Committee – 1st Oct. 2025
Pursuant to Project 7 and 10 of our Letter of Invitation, we shall create our presence in each of the 6 Outer-Local Government Areas of Ibadan.
We shall for this purpose divide our Members into Local Government Committees for Ibadan Land Protection, Real Estate Development and Contract Farming Model.
