IWA Group - Meetings

MEETINGS

There will be no formal Meeting of the Group but the following will take place.

  1. a) Members Interaction (Branch)

Members can meet at the Secretariat at anytime for Business Networking, Experience Sharing, and/or Information Gathering. 

  1. b) Management Meeting (Branch)

This will take place once a week by the Management Team in the morning hours of Mondays.

  1. c) Board of Trustees and Board of Directors Meetings

Members of the Board of Trustees of the Group and the Board of Directors of the Holding and Cell Companies shall meet on appointed dates on Quarterly Basis.

  1. d) Business Committee Meetings

Committees of the Boards of the different Companies and Members shall meet on appointed dates for activities like:- Investment, Finance and General Purposes and the 15 Projects of the Group.

  1. e) IWA Advisory Council

This shall be constituted from Eminent Ibadan Indigenes with outstanding Knowledge, Wisdom Experience and Exposure to direct and monitor the activities of the Group as may be deemed necessary by the Board of Trustees (BoT). They are also to serve as Father Figures to the Group in terms of Crisis, Big Ticket Ambition and all Ibadan-Centric issues.
